In these depths of February, we’re looking forward to spring more and more everyday. Mark your calendars for May 9th, when we’ll celebrate the season with our annual Event Towards New Life! Here are some frequently asked questions about our biggest event of the year:

An elegant evening celebration hosted by LifeWay Network to honor survivors of human trafficking and activists working to end modern slavery.

What happens during the Event Towards New Life?

You’ll hear inspiring speeches from trafficking survivors and our Freedom Award Honoree while snacking on hors d’oeuvres, drinking a glass of wine, and mingling with fellow LifeWay Network supporters. Art made by our safe house residents will be on display for viewing.

Every year, we honor someone who has made a significant contribution towards the abolition of human trafficking. Past awardees include Carol Robles-Román and Taina Bien-Aimé. Stay tuned to find out who we’ll be honoring in 2019!
