

As the WINGS Program Coordinator Maressa is responsible for providing a restorative community environment for participants, mentors, and volunteers. She oversees logistics and team collaboration for the program. Maressa strives to lead with compassion and empathy. She’s excited to share her experience with the Restorative Community Collaborative model, developed by the Beck Institute of Religion and Poverty at Fordham University.
Before coming to Lifeway, Maressa was the Program Coordinator for the Coming Home Program and an Associate Pastor. Maressa holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Master of Divinity from Azusa Pacific Seminary. She is an ordained elder in the Free Methodist Church.
