David Brown served as senior vice president of human resources and labor relations for R. H. Macy and Co. Inc., followed by years in the executive search business with Korn Ferry International and Pen James Associates. Prior to his retirement, he served as a key executive with two “turn-around” businesses, Linens ‘n Things and Ashley Stewart. David also has experience with nonprofit organizations, having served as a trustee with Drew University and the Jackie Robinson Foundation. He is currently a director of the Selective Insurance Group Inc. He is honored to serve on LifeWay Network’s board and to support its mission to combat modern-day slavery.
