A Different Kind of Spring Break: University of Miami Visits LifeWay Network

While the phrase “spring break” usually conjures images of rowdy beach parties and neon-lit dance clubs, a group of students from the University of Miami decided to spend their spring break a little differently this year. They spent a week in New York with LifeWay Network learning about human trafficking and understanding the kind of impact they can have. These amazing students created garden baskets for the survivors in our safe houses, participated in spreading awareness via #MyFreedomDay, visited the UN, and volunteered their time to help with LifeWay Network’s Event Towards New Life. We are honored they chose to spend their vacation with us and are so grateful for their positive attitudes and willingness to make a difference. Check out some photos from the week!
